Role Overview

Co-Founder Lending & NBFC Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end lending cycle

  : KYC, underwriting, disbursal, repayment, and collections.
• Ensure

  CIBIL integration

  , data accuracy, and complete

  RBI compliance

• Build and maintain

  NBFC partnerships

  and oversee

  disbursement operations

  .
• Develop

  credit policies

  ,

  risk assessment models

  scoring systems

  .
• Lead

  business planning

  financial projections

  pitch deck preparation

  for fundraising.
• Collaborate directly with founders on

  investor discussions, capital raising, and strategic partnerships

• Oversee

  operations, hiring, and team culture

  during early growth stages.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience

  in

  fintech, lending, or NBFC domain

  .
• Strong understanding of

  underwriting, KYC, risk management, and collections

  .
• Proven experience in

  NBFC operations

  or

  digital lending ecosystems

  .
• Working knowledge of

  fintech APIs

  , CIBIL integration, and

  regulatory frameworks

  .
• Strong

  ownership mindset

  , problem-solving ability, and comfort in early-stage execution.
