Role Overview

Co-Founder (BD & Growth)

• Business development strategy & execution
• B2B lead generation and pipeline building
• Client meetings, pitching, and proposal creation
• High-ticket deal closing
• Partnership development with agencies & enterprises
• Revenue planning and forecasting
• Coordinating with the CEO & technical teams for delivery alignment
• Scaling Cynerza into a high-performing IT service & automation brand

Requirements / Skills

• 4–5 years experience

  in Business Development / Sales / Growth roles
• Strong understanding of

  IT services, SaaS, automation, or AI solutions

• Ability to independently build and manage sales pipelines
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience closing B2B tech deals (Indian or international preferred)
• Strategic thinker with execution mindset
• Leadership qualities and ability to manage teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
