Your Mission:

Your primary focus will be to act as the architect of our client proposals. You will use your creativity and AI-savviness to transform our service capabilities into compelling, persuasive, and visually stunning proposals. Additionally, you will get hands-on experience in the full sales cycle by assisting with social media outreach and cold calling.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the lead creator for our client proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for web development and digital marketing services.
  • Use ChatGPT Pro, Gemini, DeepSeek, and other AI assistants to research clients, draft compelling content, and brainstorm creative angles for proposals.
  • Utilize Canva and PowerPoint to design professional, on-brand, and visually engaging proposal documents that stand out from the competition.
  • Sales Outreach Support: Assist our sales team by:
  • Conducting social media outreach on platforms like LinkedIn to generate leads.
  • Learning and performing basic cold calling to schedule appointments for senior executives.
  • Help identify and research potential clients and industry trends to inform our sales strategy.
  • Achieve Sales Target set by Company.

You're the Perfect Fit If You:

  • Have at least 6 months of experience (academic, personal projects, or prior internship) creating proposals, presentations, or pitch decks.
  • Are proficient with AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or DeepSeek and know how to use them to enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Are a Canva and PowerPoint wizard with a good eye for design and layout.
  • Possess a basic understanding of digital marketing (e.g., SEO, Social Media, PPC) and web development principles.
  • Are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and are not afraid to get on the phone.
  • Are a fast learner, highly proactive, and have a "figure it out" attitude.
