About Us

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency specializing in SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and Performance Marketing. We help brands scale their online presence with innovative strategies and measurable results.

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager with prior experience in a digital marketing agency to lead our sales efforts, generate new business, and manage the junior sales team.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within a Digital Marketing Agency (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Design, and E-commerce Marketing.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using social media, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
  • Graduate from any University.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach: Identify and connect with potential clients via LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate and manage cold calls to generate interest and set meetings with potential clients.
  • Inbound Lead Handling: Respond promptly to inquiries, understand client needs, and propose suitable services.
  • Sales Conversion: Present our services effectively to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Team Management: Lead, guide, and monitor junior sales executives to ensure they achieve their targets.
  • Market Research: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and performance reports for management review.
