Job Description: Accounts Manager Location: Hyderabad - Jublee Hills Industry: Trading Company Qualification: M Com / MBA / Semi Qualified. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in finance and accounting sector. Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software. Note: Urgent Requirement, Immediate joiners preferred. Position Overview: The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organisation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. This role will manage the preparation and review of financial statements, facilitate audits, and ensure the timely submission of tax returns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in Tally Prime, and possess knowledge of various financial processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management: Manage the overall financial operations including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and reconciliation. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including the Balance Sheet (B/S) and Profit & Loss (P&L) accounts. 2. Taxation: Oversee the preparation and submission of TDS, Income Tax, and GST returns, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. Assist in the preparation of tax audit schedules and facilitate the audit process. 3. MIS Reporting: Prepare and present regular Management Information System (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance and support decision-making processes. 4. Payment Processing: Manage payment processes including net banking transactions. Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors, employees, and other stakeholders. 5. Software Proficiency: Utilize Tally Prime effectively for accounting purposes. Maintain accurate records and ensure the integrity of financial data within the accounting system. 6. Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, policies, and procedures. Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit. 7. Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting software. In-depth understanding of TDS, Income Tax, and GST regulations. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role within the finance and accounting sector. Additional Information: This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
