BCom, MCom, BBA, MBA, or any Finance-related course Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for preparing and record keeping for all financial transactions - Sound knowledge in Tally ERP 9, Prime, and MS Office - Should be expert in computing taxes and preparing tax returns & GST, organizing and maintaining financial records - Provisional balance sheet/finalization of balance sheet/monthly receiving data/monthly expenses data/P&L account place-wise - Manage annual audit and other compliance audits to ensure financial records are maintained as per compliance - Vendor payment, outstanding bill payments - Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections) - Timely preparation and submission of statutory payments - Preparation and timely filing of TDS returns, GST Returns, Advance Tax - Assist in audit and tax representations and coordinate with tax consultants Desired Candidate Profile:- Good knowledge in Accounting Software and MS Office - Effective Communication Skills English & Native Language, Teamwork, Adaptability, Dynamic and flexible working Skill Set: Tally, Financial Accounting, GST, Tax, Annual Returns, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Planning and Budgeting, and Cash-flow Management
