Job Description

Role Objective:

A key objective of this position is to provide efficient and comprehensive HR process support, employee data management, benefits administration, HR reporting, employee relations assistance, HR technology management, and vendor coordination to enhance operational efficiency, maintain accurate employee records, and foster a positive work environment.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in human resources with at least 6 to 8 years of experience, with at least 4-6 of those years spent managing compensation & benefit activities.
  • HR Process Specialist: Develop, implement, and maintain HR processes. Strong communication skills.
  • Employee Data Administrator: Manage employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Tech-savvy and organized.
  • Benefits & Payroll Coordinator: Handle payroll, benefits administration, and employee inquiries. Collaborative and detail-oriented.
  • HR Reporting Analyst: Generate and analyse HR metrics. Data-driven and skilled in communication.
  • Employee Relations Specialist: Resolve issues and grievances. Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills.

Role & Responsibilities:


  • HR Process Support: You will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR processes and procedures. This includes activities such as on boarding, off boarding, employee records management, payroll administration, benefits administration, and time and attendance tracking.
  • Employee Data Management: Your role involves helping to maintain and update employee records and data, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Benefits Support: You will collaborate with the finance and benefits teams to aid in payroll processing, benefits administration, and addressing employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • HR Reporting: Your responsibility will include assisting in generating and analysing HR metrics and reports. This will help identify trends, track key HR performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Employee Relations Support: You will be involved in supporting the resolution of employee relations issues, assisting in handling employee grievances, and contributing to the promotion of a positive and respectful work environment.
  • HR Technology: Your role encompasses assisting in managing and utilizing HR information systems and tools effectively. This will contribute to improving operational efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Continuous Improvement: You will actively contribute to the review and improvement of HR processes, with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.
  • Vendor Coordination: Your responsibility includes assisting in managing relationships with HR service providers, ensuring the delivery of quality services.
  • Maintain concern tracker and address employee grievances.
  • Implement employee welfare schemes like Mediclaim policy.
