Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate employee records in HRMS. Handle onboarding, background verification, documentation, and induction of new hires. Process employee exits including F&F, exit interviews, and clearance formalities. Coordinate payroll inputs (leaves, attendance, variable payouts) and liaise with finance/payroll teams. Ensure timely processing of letters (offer, confirmation, increment, etc.). Maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

2. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role priorities. Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), referrals, and agencies. Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and manage candidate experience. Coordinate offer rollouts and pre-joining engagement. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure TAT adherence.

3. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, festivals, birthdays, town halls, and R&R (rewards & recognition) programs. Assist in running employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback. Support internal communication campaigns to promote culture and values. Work with cross-functional teams to drive DEI and wellness initiatives.

4.Prepare regular HR dashboards: headcount, attrition, recruitment status, etc. Maintain compliance and audit-related documentation. Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. HR experience with exposure to HR operations, recruitment, and engagement. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF/ESIC compliance, and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, Keka, Zoho People). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities. High attention to detail and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude. Prior experience in a startup, fintech, IT, or fast-paced corporate environment. Experience working on ATS and HR automation tools.
