Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities:
    • Searching Candidates as per the requirement of campus.
    • Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set timelines.
    • Co-ordinate with Candidates and HR.
    • End to End Recruitment – Sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews & onboarding
    • Assists in statutory employment matters, statutory matters, such as application for employment visa, renewal of work permits, etc.
    • Implements of initiatives, action plans, procedures, policies and processes in the country
    • Supports the engagement activities in country (e.g. preparations for campus events, etc.)
    • Collates accurate attendance and employee details for payroll processing and taxation matters
    • Assists in the management of the annual performance management cycle for employees in the country
    • Maintains of records such as leave records of employees, resignations, attendance, etc.
    • Addresses basic employee queries relating to HR and assists in other administrative matters
    • Develop and Maintain the HR MIS Reports & collate data for Senior Management requirement
    • Organises Employee training and maintains relevant reports of the same.
