Role Description

The Assistant Manager / Senior Executive – CSR will drive community outreach, skill development partnerships, and talent readiness programs in northern India. The individual will work closely with recruitment partners, skilling institutions, training agencies, and NSDC-affiliated centers to make candidates job-ready for logistics, delivery, and support roles at Jeebly. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong relationship building, on-ground execution, and the ability to engage local communities effectively. 

Qualifications

• Identify and onboard NSDC training centers, government skill programs, and accredited skilling agencies.
• Coordinate training batches: mobilization, assessments, certification, and placement pipeline.
• Ensure training centers meet Jeebly’s job role standards.
• Conduct orientation sessions for students on logistics career paths.  
• Travel extensively to Tier-2 and Tier-3 locations for outreach activities.
• Build relationships with local communities, colleges, ITIs, and NGOs.
• Organize job awareness drives and activation events.  
• Align sourcing with recruitment requirements.
• Facilitate pre-joining counselling, documentation support, and job readiness workshops.
• Maintain a pipeline of mobilized and trained candidates. 
• Manage relationships with skill agencies, NSDC officials, and placement officers.
• Track partner performance and training outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to Jeebly’s compliance and reporting standards. 
• Maintain MIS on outreach, mobilization, training, and placements.
• Prepare CSR reports, field visit summaries, and impact assessments.
• Support audit and documentation requirements.  

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English; local dialects preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently across districts and rural clusters.
• Effective presentation and people engagement skills.
• Understanding of NSDC, PMKVY, DDU-GKY, and skill ecosystem.
• High ownership and field execution capability.
• Strong coordination and multi-stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to maintain data and prepare structured reports.

Qualifications

• MSW (Master of Social Work) or MBA – mandatory.

• 1–2 years of experience in CSR, field operations, skill development, or community engagement.

• Experience working with NSDC/SSC training partners preferred.
