Executive- Account Receivables

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivables Executive to manage and reconcile receivables, ensuring a steady flow of funds within the company. The role will involve preparing reconciliation reports, maintaining monthly closing balances, and supporting the overall optimization of financial transactions and systems. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivables Management Perform reconciliation of payments and customer accounts to support financial transaction accuracy. Communicate with customers regarding past-due accounts and strengthen client relationships. Reconcile Accounts Receivables ledger accounts against Vendor Statements of Account (SOA). Initiate receivables from suppliers/creditors after securing approvals from the COO and CEO on verified collections. Banking & Treasury Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain intercompany control accounts for month-end closings. Handle daily bank transactions, ensuring all entries are accurate and properly recorded in the accounts. Manage post-dated cheque (PDC) schedules, ensuring timely processing and sufficient fund availability. Filing / Documentation Organize and maintain financial records and documents vendor-wise and transaction-wise. Assist in improving the accounts receivable documentation process by identifying performance improvement areas. Requirements & Desired Skill Set Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting policies and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
