Senior Executive - CSR.

What will you be doing?

• Handle end-to-end CSR sourcing and procurement — including identifying, comparing, and finalizing vendors for construction, educational, and medical support materials.
• Validate NGO proposals and cost estimates to ensure alignment with CSR guidelines, market rates, and project deliverables.
• Oversee and monitor project implementation on ground — ensuring materials used and work executed match agreed specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and NGOs to ensure timely delivery of sourced items and construction milestones.
• Reduce dependency on internal sourcing and shorten approval timelines — improving CSR project turnaround and budget utilization efficiency.
• Ensure compliance and transparency by maintaining detailed sourcing documentation and validation reports for audit readiness.
  

Are you the one?

• Minimum 5+ years experience in CSR.
• Good communication and need to be in ease to communicate.
