Design and implement CSR projects in line with community needs
Manage partnerships with NGOs and monitor on-ground impact
Providing training to field execution team on participatory approaches
Liaise with village and district-level administration for project coordination
Conduct field visits, oversee implementation, and ensure compliance
Prepare reports, success stories, and case studies for internal and external stakeholders
8-10 years of experience in CSR, NGO partnerships, or rural development
Postgraduate degree/diploma in Social Work, Rural Development, or related fields
Strong grassroots project management experience
2 to 3 years work experience in community mobilisation as an individual contributor
Prior exposure to working in Haryana is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in rural field environment
