Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Officer Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and expert Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Officer to act as a catalyst for the Education program team, ensuring effective program monitoring, evaluation, reporting, impact assessment, and documentation. The role also supports program implementation and sustainability by providing data-driven insights, strengthening systems, and promoting evidence-based decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead and implement program Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting (M&E) frameworks, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and timely reporting. Design and manage tools, systems, and databases for effective data collection, analysis, and impact assessment. Generate monitoring reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support evidence-based decision-making. Conduct field visits to verify data, monitor program progress, and document success stories and best practices. Prepare and consolidate high-quality internal and donor reports, ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines.
