Child Friendly Facilitator

Role Overview: You will be a Child Friendly Facilitator at Hope for the Children Foundation (HFCF), based in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune. Your main responsibilities will include actively participating in planning and delivering Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions, creating engaging lesson plans, conducting monthly presentations, and designing worksheets. You will lead awareness and life skills sessions, as well as develop child-centric activities to support holistic learning and development. Your role will also involve ensuring timely and effective completion of the planned curriculum. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and deliver Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions - Create and implement engaging lesson plans - Conduct monthly presentations and design worksheets - Lead awareness and life skills sessions - Design child-centric activities for holistic learning and development - Ensure timely and effective completion of the planned curriculum Qualification Required: - B.Ed / M.Ed/ MSW - Proficiency in English and Marathi - 5 years of relevant work experience in the development sector, NGOs, and teaching - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong interpersonal skills,
