Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Wadgaon Sheri, Pune, for Child Friendly Facilitators at Hope for the Children Foundation . The role involves active participation in planning and delivering Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions, creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, monthly presentations, and worksheets. The facilitator will lead awareness and life skills sessions, and design child-centric activities that support holistic learning and development, ensuring the timely and effective completion of the planned curriculum. Qualifications B.Ed / M.Ed/ MSW Proficiency in English and Marathi 5 years of relevant work experience working with the development sector & NGOs and Teaching experience Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and Strong Interpersonal skill Show more Show less
