The CSR Partnership and Documentation Manager leads HFCF’s fundraising and resource development efforts, overseeing the planning, strategy, and execution of all CSR-related initiatives. The role includes identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospective and existing donors. It also encompasses designing and implementing both short- and long-term fundraising strategies, strengthening donor engagement, and driving all income-generation activities for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Master in Social Work, Development Studies, or Public Policy
• CSR certification, knowledge & experience
• Bachelor or Master in accounting or Chartered Accountancy qualification
• Fundraising expertise
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
