Position Summary
The CSR Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and scaling CSR strategies that align
with Avaada’s long-term sustainability vision and government regulations. The role involves building
partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and community stakeholders while ensuring impactful
execution of CSR projects.
We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in the construction industry, particularly
those who have executed large-scale urban development initiatives such as building schools, sanitation
facilities, healthcare infrastructure, or other community development projects.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Design, implement, and monitor CSR programs aligned with Avaada’s CSR policy and the Government of India’s CSR rules.

Develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable community impact in areas such as infrastructure, education, sanitation, and health.

Forge strong partnerships with NGOs, local authorities, and government agencies.

Lead program planning, budgeting, monitoring, and compliance reporting.

Drive community engagement, ensuring stakeholder involvement in CSR initiatives.

Supervise CSR operations across sites and provide guidance to team members.

Promote CSR initiatives through effective communication in collaboration with PR/Marketing teams.

Ensure documentation, MIS, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Identify opportunities to integrate CSR efforts with the company’s business strategy and sustainability goals.
Desired Candidate Profile

Background in construction/urban development projects is mandatory. Proven track record of executing

large-scale community projects such as schools, sanitation blocks, public facilities, or health centers.

Educational Qualification: Post-Graduate in Social Work, Development Studies, Rural Development, or allied fields.

2+ years of relevant CSR/Development sector experience.

Strong understanding of social development issues, R&R; (Resettlement & Rehabilitation), and government program convergence.

Excellent stakeholder management and networking skills with NGOs, community leaders, and government officials.

Strong leadership abilities, strategic planning skills, and a proven record in driving results-oriented CSR projects.

High integrity, accountability, and ability to manage budgets and compliance.

Exceptional communication skills to represent the organization internally and externally.
