Senior Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Executive / Sr. Executive – Accounts and Finance to support day-to-day financial operations at A2G. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of accounting principles, good analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Finance Manager and offers hands-on exposure to core areas of accounting, compliance, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: 1 . General Accounting & Bookkeeping Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. Assist in processing vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer billing. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. 2. Financial Reporting & MIS Help prepare routine financial reports, MIS summaries, and data for management reviews. Maintain records and assist in variance analysis and forecasting exercises. 3. Compliance & Documentation Ensure timely filing of statutory returns related to GST, TDS, and PF. Assist during audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor queries. Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records. 4. Cost & Budget Monitoring Support budget preparation and cost monitoring processes. Track actual expenditures against budgets and highlight variances. 5. Process Support & Automation Identify areas for process improvement in financial workflows. Support the Finance Manager in implementing accounting software and system enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 1–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in Tally ERP, Zoho Books, MS Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
