Role Overview

We are seeking a hyper-performance-driven Growth Marketing Manager with deep expertise in the education sector. This is not a conventional marketing role, it demands a strategist, data scientist, and execution powerhouse rolled into one.

The ideal candidate has delivered double-digit growth in student acquisition, conversions, and revenue, led multi-crore campaigns, and built high-performing teams in hyper-competitive education markets. Core Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Leadership

•Architect and own full-funnel, end-to-end growth strategies targeting student acquisition, retention, and engagement.

•Translate business objectives into measurable marketing KPIs, ensuring growth at scale.

•Identify, test, and execute high-leverage growth levers across digital, offline, referral, and partnership channels.

•Benchmark global best practices in EdTech and higher education marketing to maintain competitive dominance.

Performance Marketing Mastery

•Lead multi-channel performance campaigns with large budgets (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, affiliate, OTT).

•Deliver hyper-optimized CPLs and CACs, backed by data-driven experimentation and AI-assisted insights.

•Execute rigorous cohort analyses, LTV predictions, and predictive modeling for student acquisition and retention.

•Drive advanced automation, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows to accelerate conversion velocity.

Data & Analytics Ownership

•Own full-stack analytics, including marketing attribution, funnel performance, cohort analysis, churn prediction, and ROI optimization.

•Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership, showcasing actionable insights with real-time KPIs.

•Implement AI/ML-driven marketing intelligence tools to anticipate market trends and competitor moves.

Brand & Content Domination

•Craft positioning strategies and omnichannel campaigns that strengthen institutional credibility and market share.

•Oversee SEO, content marketing, PR, thought leadership, and influencer programs, ensuring measurable impact.

•Lead multi-region campaigns, including Tier-1, Tier-2, and international student markets.

Cross-Functional Leadership

•Collaborate with admissions, academic, product, and operations teams to align marketing strategies with institutional goals.

•Lead strategic partnerships with schools, coaching institutes, education communities, and influencers.

•Present ROI-focused growth roadmaps to CXO-level stakeholders, driving strategic decisions.

Team Leadership & Culture

•Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance marketing team across growth, performance, creative, and analytics.

•Drive a data-first, experiment-driven, fail-fast culture, optimizing all campaigns rigorously.

•Enforce industry best practices, regulatory compliance, and ethical marketing standards.


Critical Experience & Skills Required

•8–10+ years in growth marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in the education/edtech sector.

•Proven record of delivering exponential student acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.

•Expertise in multi-million INR marketing budgets and scaling campaigns at regional, national, and global levels.

•Mastery of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, paid social, programmatic, affiliate, and influencer campaigns.

•Advanced knowledge of analytics, marketing automation, CRM, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling.

•Skilled in funnel optimization, A/B testing, retention strategies, and LTV/CAC maximization.

•Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership.

•Comfortable working under high-pressure, high-accountability environments with aggressive targets.


Preferred Qualifications

•MBA/PGDM in Marketing or related field.

•Experience with global EdTech or Tier-1 university marketing.

•Strong network in education marketing ecosystem, influencers, and student communities.

•Experience implementing AI/ML-driven growth marketing strategies.
