Job Description

Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Align digital campaigns with overall business goals, ensuring seamless integration with marketing and sales strategies. Social Media & Digital Media Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of social media marketing strategies across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Develop content strategies to enhance engagement and drive growth on digital channels. Campaign Management: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid search (PPC), SEO, and influencer marketing. Optimize campaigns based on performance data, focusing on increasing traffic, engagement, and conversions. Brand Marketing & Positioning: Work closely with the brand team to develop digital marketing campaigns that reflect brand values and messaging. Ensure consistency across digital and traditional marketing channels to maintain a strong brand presence. Agency & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external digital marketing agencies and third-party vendors to ensure successful campaign execution. Oversee budgets, timelines, and contract negotiations with external partners to optimize performance and results. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to measure ROI and track KPIs (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, engagement). Provide regular performance reports to senior leadership, offering strategic recommendations for campaign optimization. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering an innovative and results-oriented culture. Set clear team goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching for continuous development. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Experience: years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing successful digital campaigns, brand marketing, and working with ad agencies. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, HubSpot). Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing. Skills: Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a team. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term digital strategies that align with business goals. Campaign Optimization: Expertise in optimizing digital campaigns to achieve higher conversion rates and maximize ROI. Creative Thinking: Strong creative skills to develop innovative digital marketing strategies that stand out in a crowded market. Analytical Skills: Data-driven with the ability to analyze digital campaign performance and make data-backed decisions. Project Management: Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Agency Management: Experience in managing relationships with external agencies and vendors to drive results.
