Role Description – Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Insurance Sales)

This is a full-time, on-site managerial role responsible for leading and managing a digital marketing team (interns/executives) for LIC insurance sales. The role focuses on planning campaigns, setting daily/weekly targets, monitoring performance, and driving lead generation and conversions through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of digital marketing interns/executives
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation & conversion targets
• Allocate tasks, monitor execution, and ensure goal achievement
• Plan and execute social media, WhatsApp, email, and digital ad campaigns
• Review content, creatives, and promotional posts created by the team
• Ensure timely lead follow-ups and proper coordination with the sales team
• Guide the team in booking appointments, webinars, and client interactions
• Track campaign and team performance using dashboards and analytics tools
• Conduct daily reviews, feedback sessions, and performance improvements
• Train and mentor team members on digital marketing and LIC products
• Maintain structured lead reports, team performance reports, and MIS

Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Profile

• Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, Marketing, Finance preferred)
• Chennai People preferred.
• Experience in team handling and leadership.
• Sound knowledge of digital marketing (social media, WhatsApp marketing, Canva, lead generation)
• Strong communication, coordination, and people-management skills
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to motivate, train, and extract results from interns/freshers
• Willingness to grow into a senior leadership role with high incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
