Role Description Digital Marketing Executive (Insurance DigiSales)

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage

  end-to-end digital marketing campaigns

  across social media, WhatsApp, YouTube, and email
• Generate high-quality leads daily through digital channels
  
• Convert leads into appointments for LIC policy presentations and follow-ups
  
• Design and publish digital content, creatives, reels, and campaign posts
  
• Run paid promotions and optimize ads for conversions
  
• Maintain lead tracking, CRM updates, dashboards, and reports
  
• Set up digital funnels, automation, and continuous online customer engagement
  
• Analyze campaign data and improve ROI using analytics tools
  
• Work closely with the sales team to support online client meetings, webinars, and policy closures
  
• Learn LIC products and sales techniques directly under the mentorship of

  T.G. Anbarasan

• Work towards fully shifting all sales and marketing operations to a

  complete digital model (DigiSales Transformation)

Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Profile

• Any graduate (

  BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc, Marketing, Finance preferred

  )
• Strong interest or experience in

  digital marketing, online sales, lead generation

• Basic to intermediate skills in

  social media marketing, Canva, WhatsApp marketing, and content creation

• Good communication skills and strong follow-up ability
  
• Freshers welcome if they are enthusiastic and willing to learn
  
• Goal-driven, disciplined, and ready to work hard to achieve
