We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven Digital Marketing Manager who can take full ownership of NAAM Group’s online presence across all verticals. The ideal candidate must be creative, analytical, and execution-focused—someone who can generate high-quality leads, manage our social media ecosystem, run performance marketing campaigns, update websites regularly, and create viral, memorable digital ideas that strengthen our brand.
This role is a blend of strategy, execution, creativity, and performance marketing.
1. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing
Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns for kiosks, exhibition stands, fit-outs, and events.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display Ads, and YouTube Ads.
Build remarketing funnels, tracking tags, custom audiences, and conversion goals.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and reduce cost per lead.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
2. Social Media Management
End-to-end management of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely, high-quality postings.
Write strong captions, hashtags, and hooks aligned with the brand tone.
Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement; build a high-quality community.
Identify trends and create viral-style content relevant to events, activations, and design.
3. Content Creation & Viral Campaign Ideas
Conceptualize creative campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Work closely with designers to produce premium content.
Develop storytelling for reels, case studies, project videos, and marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities for influencer tie-ups, collaborations, and PR moments.
4. Website Management
Regularly update website content, images, project galleries, blogs, and SEO sections.
Ensure website performance is optimized for speed, UI/UX, and lead conversion.
Coordinate with developers/designers for new pages, landing pages, and improvements.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
Monitor SEO performance, keyword ranking, and traffic growth.
Present data-driven insights and recommend improvements.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and online funnels.
Ability to create and run lead-gen campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Proactive, organized, and strong at planning.
Ability to work with a fast-paced team (designers, 3D, marketing, leadership).
High sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or relevant field.
3–7 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in marketing or advertising agencies or creative agencies.
Strong portfolio of past campaigns and performance achievements.
