Healthcare Staff Nurse-ER

The role of a Registered Nurse (Emergency Room) at our facility in KSA (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam) involves providing safe and effective nursing care to medically ill pre and post-operative patients in the emergency room setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for utilizing your professional knowledge and skills in accordance with hospital policies and procedures to ensure that assigned patients receive the necessary multidisciplinary care promptly. Key Responsibilities: - Receive assigned patients in the emergency room and triage based on acuity levels. - Apply the Nursing Care process to assigned patients according to approved policies, adapting care plans as necessary. - Monitor patient status closely, promptly reporting any deviations or abnormal findings. - Execute doctors orders accurately and in a timely manner, prioritizing urgent interventions. - Provide individualized patient/family education, including discharge instructions and follow-up care. - Document patient assessment findings, interventions, and status progress accurately and promptly. - Initiate emergency and resuscitative measures as needed, following established protocols. - Adhere to JCIA/CBAHI standards, ensuring compliance with emergency care regulations. - Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by the hospital. - Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned by the charge nurse/head nurse. Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Nursing/GNM. - Minimum two years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in an emergency or critical care setting. - BLS, ACLS, PALS or relevant certifications. - Valid license from home country.
