Job Description

OVERVIEW:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top-tier technical talent for our organization and our clients. You will primarily focus on managing requisitions, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and acting as a liaison between the recruitment team and the management. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a knack for client relationship management, and the ability to provide motivational leadership support to the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition and Assessment:

• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to ensure a high-quality talent pool.

• Conduct technical assessments or coordinate technical evaluations as needed for specialized roles.

Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle by providing timely communication and guidance.

Team Liaison and Leadership:

• Serve as a primary point of contact between the recruitment team and management, effectively communicating progress, challenges, and strategies.

• Provide leadership, motivation, and support to the recruitment team to achieve the objectives and foster a collaborative work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in the tech industry.

• Strong understanding of technical skills and experience recruiting for various technical positions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, and candidates.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Leadership qualities with a track record of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving objectives.

• Proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
