Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Jaipur. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for IT positions, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle. Daily tasks include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. The Technical Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and provide regular reports on recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT recruitment, including sourcing and screening candidates
• Proficiency in designing job descriptions and conducting interviews
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and databases
• Experience in the HR industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
