About The Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to oversee end-to-end hiring for tech roles. You’ll play a key role in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top tech talent to support our Resource Augmentation vertical.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze client requirements in the RA vertical to identify suitable candidate profiles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for tech roles
  • Collaborate closely with delivery managers and client teams to define role expectations and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal database, referrals, and professional networks
  • Screen applications, conduct initial assessments, and schedule/coordinate technical interviews
  • Maintain an active pipeline of pre-vetted candidates aligned to recurring and upcoming client needs
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, share hiring updates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and nurture relationships with both passive and active candidates for ongoing talent needs


Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced/startup environment
  • Strong understanding of tech roles and basic technical concepts (e.g., GenAI, DevOps, SAP, cloud)
  • Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.) and ATS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously
