Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, and internal databases
• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and availability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Negotiate pay rates and close candidates for contract or full-time positions
• Maintain and update candidate records and reports in the ATS
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing client needs
• Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to fulfill client requirements
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client-specific hiring guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Freshers–3 years of experience in

  US IT recruitment

• Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT, CPT, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with time zones and working in night shifts
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
