About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant who can take full ownership of strategic workstreams, engage directly with leadership teams, and help shape transformation programs that combine strategy, AI-driven insights, and execution.
This is not a typical consulting role.
You will work across multiple domains — strategy, business design, financial modelling, AI-led problem solving, and cross-functional execution. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with founders/CEOs, and seeing your ideas translate into real business impact, you’ll feel at home here.
What You Will Work On
Lead Strategic Projects from End to End
You’ll diagnose business challenges, define what success looks like, build actionable strategies, and ensure they are implemented. Expect to work on growth strategy, pricing, operating models, GTM, product strategy, and transformation roadmaps.
Bring AI into Business Decision-Making
You will collaborate with our AI and data teams to create decision tools, custom GPT models, forecasting dashboards, and AI-driven analysis that complements strategic work. You don’t need to code — but you must understand how AI enhances good strategy.
Turn High-Quality Research into Clear Answers
You’ll work with global research (Harvard, MIT, McKinsey, IMF, etc.) and convert that knowledge into frameworks and insights that make sense for real businesses. The ability to synthesize complex information into simple, practical ideas is key.
Build Financial & Economic Models That Drive Decisions
You’ll create models, business cases, scenarios, and projections that help clients understand the real impact of their decisions. You must be comfortable working with numbers and presenting them clearly.
Own CXO-Level Conversations
You will frequently work with CEOs, founders, and business heads. Your job is to guide them, challenge assumptions, structure conversations, and ensure decisions are based on data and logic — not guesswork.
Work Closely with Cross-Functional Teams
You’ll collaborate with teams across AI, digital systems, brand/content, lead generation, PMO, and sales acceleration to ensure the strategy actually gets executed. We treat strategy and execution as one continuous system.
Ensure Projects Stay on Track
You will play a part in project governance — tracking progress, keeping stakeholders aligned, managing timelines, and making sure deliverables meet the quality standards we promise our clients.
