Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch relevant service packages — web design, performance marketing, SEO, email campaigns, etc.
  • Share customized proposals and quotations based on client needs.
  • Manage sales pipeline using CRM; track follow-ups, next steps, and closures.
  • Coordinate with project/delivery team for smooth client onboarding post-sale.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations, sales activities, and client feedback.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.
  • Report daily performance and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients wherever relevant.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in digital marketing, web development, SaaS, or IT services.
  • Proven experience in handling leads and closing sales independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing terms and services (SEO, SEM, website packages, etc.).
  • Regional language fluency (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or IT preferred. Sales Targets (KPIs)
  • Minimum 15–20 qualified sales calls per week.
  • Minimum ₹2–3 Lakhs of monthly revenue from closed deals.
  • Minimum 10 new clients onboarded per month (based on package size).
  • CRM pipeline and lead follow-up adherence: 95%+ accuracy.

Conversion rate target: 15% of qualified leads per month.

Experience Required: 2 – 4 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives + Bonuses
