Glowing Digital is a growing digital marketing agency helping businesses scale through SEO, performance marketing, website development, and content solutions. We’re currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with a background in outbound sales calls, freelance bidding platforms, and email marketing. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential leads and prospects to pitch our services. Create and manage proposals on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and Guru . Write customized bids and maintain a high response rate. Conduct cold email campaigns and follow-up with prospects for conversions. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to propose the right solutions. Maintain lead tracking sheets and regularly update the CRM. Meet weekly/monthly targets related to leads, calls, and proposals submitted. Participate in online client meetings when required. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, freelance bidding, or email marketing (mandatory). Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written). Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, or Guru platforms. Proficiency in writing client-centric proposals and handling objections. Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized. Basic understanding of digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, Website Design is a plus. Work Schedule: Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturdays: Two working Saturdays per month (alternate basis) Sundays: Weekly off Holidays: Two alternate holidays in a month as per bank calendar Perks & Benefits: Fixed Salary + Incentives for closures Friendly and supportive work culture Opportunity to grow in a fast-paced digital agency Training & development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
