We’re now seeking an SEO Manager to oversee projects, lead our SEO team, and ensure smooth execution of strategies through effective planning and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead SEO projects end-to-end (technical, on-page, off-page, content).
• Plan, organize, and run team meetings to assign tasks, review progress, and resolve challenges.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.
• Supervise and mentor SEO executives, monitor their performance, and provide guidance.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical site audits.
• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO innovations, and industry trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SEO (agency background preferred).
• Proven success in ranking websites and improving organic performance.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, link building, and content optimization.
• Prior experience managing a team and leading client-facing meetings.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Strong client-handling and reporting abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
