SEO & Google Ads Team Leader

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & Google Ads Team Leader to join our growing digital marketing team at Glowing Digital. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both SEO and Google Ads campaigns, with leadership qualities to manage junior team members, delegate tasks, and lead projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
• Plan and run profitable Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits
• Optimize landing pages for both SEO and PPC performance
• Collaborate with the content and design team for campaign execution
• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
• Train and mentor junior SEO & PPC executives
• Stay updated with the latest SEO & Google Ads trends and algorithm changes
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with strategic insights

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO and Google Ads
• Strong knowledge of keyword research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)
• Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Analytics, and Tag Manager
• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team leadership experience is a big plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads Certification (optional but preferred)
• Agency background or client-facing experience
• Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
