What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists and content writers
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes for websites
Oversee keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page and off-page SEO
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for seamless SEO implementation
Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
Stay updated with algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record of improving SEO performance (B2B or B2C)
Strong knowledge of Google ranking algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and SEO tools
Experience managing and scaling SEO teams
Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills
