Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced SEO professional with leadership skills to head our SEO team, create effective strategies, and ensure measurable results for our clients. You will work closely with content, technical, and outreach teams to drive impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SEO team to deliver client projects on time and within scope.
• Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies for multiple clients.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor rankings, analytics, and KPIs to measure campaign performance.
• Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
• Report performance insights to management and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Proven track record of managing SEO campaigns and delivering results.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
