Sales and Growth Associate (Smart Cold Outreach Expert)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a thinker-doer—someone who doesn't just blindly send 100 messages but knows who to approach, what to say, and when to follow up. If you’re passionate about sales and have a strategic brain, we want you.

Responsibilities:

• Craft personalized messages and cold emails to pitch our services
• Manage outbound WhatsApp & LinkedIn outreach
• Research business niches, identify decision-makers, and initiate conversations
• Handle objections and pitch effectively to warm up leads
• Maintain strong documentation of outreach and results
• Suggest new sales strategies and outreach methods

Key Skills:

• Strong research and communication skills
• Ability to use your brain and not just follow a script
• Understanding of digital tools like CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptive

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in client handling.
• Understanding of digital marketing.
