Business Development Executive (Outbound Sales Focus)

Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and driven Business Development Executive who isn’t afraid of cold outreach and knows how to use their brain—not just follow scripts. You will be the front face of our agency, reaching out to potential clients globally and initiating sales conversations that convert.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls, WhatsApp outreach, and email follow-ups to generate leads
• Strategically research and identify ideal clients in various industries
• Build strong sales pipelines and maintain CRM updates
• Set up and attend meetings with interested prospects
• Coordinate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs
• Hit weekly and monthly outreach and sales targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or B2B lead generation
• Excellent English communication (verbal + written)
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, and sales CRMs
• Sharp problem-solving mindset – ability to think beyond templates
• Hunger to learn, grow, and close deals

Bonus if you have:

• Prior experience in digital marketing or IT sales
