Job Description

At Glowing Digital, we’re a growing digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses scale through SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing. We’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to join our team and manage client campaigns with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and reduced CPA.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
Suggest and test ad copy, extensions, and landing page improvements.
Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, trends, and policies.

Requirements

Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong knowledge of PPC, CPC, CTR, and conversion optimization.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics & Tag Manager.
Google Ads certification (preferred but not required).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
