Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Inside Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue through strategic B2B sales, client engagement, and solution selling. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing services, a consultative approach to sales, and a drive to consistently exceed targets.

You will lead the inside sales process — from qualifying leads to closing high-value deals — while collaborating with our marketing and delivery teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own the complete inside sales cycle: lead qualification, pitching, proposal creation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing.
  • Handle inbound leads and perform proactive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Present tailored digital marketing solutions to decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Founders).
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to strategize campaigns that align with sales efforts.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions using CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho).
  • Drive revenue by selling services such as SEO, SEM, Paid Ads, Social Media, and Web Development.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Deliver engaging online/in-person product demos and discovery sessions.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Report on pipeline progress, sales metrics, and forecasts to senior leadership.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly Revenue Target: Achieve ₹3–6 Lakhs in monthly deal closures.
  • Lead Conversion Rate: 20–30% of qualified leads.
  • Sales Cycle: Close deals within 2–4 weeks on average.
  • Client Retention Rate: Ensure high client satisfaction for upsell opportunities.
  • CRM Utilization: Maintain 100% accurate lead and activity records.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B inside sales experience, preferably in a digital agency, IT services, or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services: SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media, Web Development, etc.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Self-motivated with a solution-oriented and growth mindset.

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Salary: ₹5,00,000. - ₹10,00,000 per year (Fixed) + Incentives + Bonuses

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience selling to global markets (US, UK, UAE, Australia).
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing tools, or sales automation.
  • Prior experience in fast-growing startups or digital agencies.
