Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Software Development Team Leader with 10+ years of proven expertise in full-stack development, system architecture, and leading engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, project management skills, and leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams working on web applications, SaaS platforms, AI-integrated systems, and cloud-based solutions.

This is a senior-level, in-office role in Bangalore, suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment and can build scalable, high-quality software systems while mentoring and guiding engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, QA engineers, and DevOps professionals.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Ensure timely project delivery by implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies (AI, ML, cloud-native, microservices) and drive innovation in the team.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams for CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment, and system monitoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven expertise in full-stack development (Java, Python, Node.js, React/Angular, etc.).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, and API design.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Prior experience in leading 5–20 member development teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML integration in software products.
• Exposure to blockchain, Web3, or IoT-based applications.
• Knowledge of enterprise ERP/CRM software solutions.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance (ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Certifications in AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, PMP, or Scrum Master.

Salary Range

₹1,20,000 – ₹2,00,000 / month (based on experience and skillset)
