Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, set performance goals, provide guidance and support to team members, and ensure the achievement of organizational objectives. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, maintaining quality standards, and resolving operational challenges effectively. The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and support the company’s broader mission.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Basic analytical, organizational, and operational coordination skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) and reporting tools
• Prior experience in team management in a financial services or related sector is preferred
• In-depth understanding of rural and semi-urban markets, with the ability to identify and address customer needs
• Reliability, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
