Role- State Legal ManagerProduct- SME Roles & responsibilities: · Possess expertise in property title chains, property laws and mortgage laws with expertise and experience in affordable loans and LAP· Formulate region specific policies pertaining to collateral and devise streamlined & effective processes for legal assessment.· Cross functional training session. · Audit Resolutions for Internal Audit Department · Detect and analyse gaps in case of any frauds related to property documents. · Physically visit the authorities for verification of collateral. · Maintain hygiene in region portfolio Skills and Qualifications:· Minimum of 4-5 years PQE of Legal with expertise in titles and mortgage laws in secured lending segment specific in LAP (SME) / HL.· LLB/LLM.· Good communication skills.· Ability to execute strategies and opportunities to improve overall efficiency· Well verse with operations and technologies.
