Job Description
Drive lead generation and conversions for the Education Loan vertical, focusing on lead onboarding and cross-functional coordination.
Lead and motivate a team of Contact Centre executives to achieve sales and productivity goals.
Ensure accurate data management, reporting, and performance tracking through CRM and Excel-based MIS.
Analyze lead trends to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams for smooth process flow.
Maintain compliance and ensure a high standard of customer interactions.
