As a Sales Team Leader, you will:

✔️ Lead and manage a team of real estate consultants

✔️ Assist in key negotiations and high-value deal closures

✔️ Use CRM tools to track leads, progress, and client interactions

✅ What We’re Looking For

🔸 2-3 years experience in real estate or high-ticket sales

🔸 Leadership experience with a track record of delivering results

🔸 Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills

🔸 Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is a major plus
