Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Team Lead position. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations within their designated team, ensuring that project deliverables are met on time and in alignment with company quality standards. Responsibilities include team coordination, task allocation, performance management, and ensuring adherence to project objectives and timelines. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize processes and drive efficiency while providing guidance and support to team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leadership, and task delegation
• Project management skills, including meeting deadlines and ensuring alignment with project goals
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and best practices is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM( Costomer Relationship Management)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proven ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve excellence and goals.
