Position Overview:
Auxilo is looking for a high-performing, creative, and strategic individual to join our marketing team as an Assistant/Deputy Marketing Manager The ideal candidate should be a self-driven professional with minimum 2 years of marketing experience and a strong background in ATL, BTL, content writing, design, events, and PR We are seeking someone with a proven track record in college events and leadership roles, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about making an impact in the education finance sector Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Brand Activation: Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility Develop innovative marketing campaigns to drive engagement with students planning to study abroad Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing roadmaps aligning with business objectives Content & Design Management: Ideate and create compelling content for digital, print, and PR campaigns Work closely with designers to develop eye-catching visuals and marketing collaterals Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, from presentations to social media Events & Partnerships: Lead the planning and execution of education fairs, partner summits, internal and industry events Collaborate with student communities, educational influencers, and institutional leaders to drive brand engagement Act as the key marketing representative in networking events and industry meet-ups Public Relations & Social Media: Drive PR campaigns to position Auxilo as a leader in the education lending space Manage media relationships, write press releases, and coordinate media coverage Enhance social media presence through creative storytelling and influencer collaborations Market Research & Performance Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior insights Measure and analyze campaign success using relevant marketing analytics tools Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights Key Skills & Competencies: Creativity & Innovation A forward-thinker who brings fresh marketing ideas Project Management Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines Leadership & Initiative Proven experience in leading college events, student councils, or being a brand ambassador Strong Communication Skills Exceptional verbal and written communication Design & Content Expertise Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing, and copywriting Event Management Hands-on experience in organizing college fests, conferences, or brand activations Public Relations & Media Handling Experience in PR planning and relationship management Data-Driven Approach Understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance tracking Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree from a recognized university in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in ATL, BTL, content marketing, PR, design, and events Strong track record in college leadership roles (eg , Student Council, Fest Head, Brand Representative) Prior experience in education, fintech, or BFSI sector is a plus What We Offer: A dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced work environment Opportunity to work on high-impact education marketing campaigns Career growth in a leading education financing brand Exposure to industry events, networking, and brand-building initiatives
