Job Summary

We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Sales Manager (B2B Digital Marketing & IT Solutions) with 5–10 years of proven expertise in driving revenue growth, leading high-value enterprise sales, and managing a team of sales executives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative B2B solution selling, especially within digital marketing, IT services, or SaaS. You will own the end-to-end sales strategy, build strong client relationships with CXOs and decision-makers, and play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious growth targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire B2B sales cycle: from prospecting, pitching, and solution mapping to negotiation and closure.
  • Drive enterprise-level sales with clients across industries and global markets (US, UK, UAE, Australia).
  • Mentor and guide the inside sales team to consistently achieve their individual and collective targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational growth goals.
  • Engage with CXOs, CMOs, Founders, and key decision-makers to deliver customized digital transformation solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design integrated sales campaigns.
  • Manage and track pipeline performance, sales forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce).
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.
  • Represent the company at networking events, webinars, and industry forums.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Annual Revenue Target: Drive ₹15–20 Cr+ in deal closures.
  • Sales Conversion Rate: 25–35% of qualified opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle: Close enterprise deals within 1–2 months.
  • Team Leadership: Improve productivity & quota attainment of inside sales executives.
  • Global Expansion: Contribute to client acquisition across at least 3 international markets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of closing multi-crore enterprise deals.
  • Strong expertise in solution selling, consultative sales, and account management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Global exposure and experience in handling international clients preferred.
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with a high-growth mindset.

Salary

₹20,00,000 per year (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives + Bonuses

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold emailing, and automation tools.
  • Prior experience in fast-scaling startups or agencies.
  • Exposure to enterprise-level RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
