Responsibilities:

• Identify and close high-value business opportunities in

  North America, UK, and Europe

  through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic networking.
• Sell

  field tracking solutions

  across industries such as logistics, construction, healthcare, and FMCG.
• Own your personal sales pipeline while mentoring and guiding a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers including CXOs and Directors of Operations.
• Work closely with tech, product, and delivery teams to create

  tailored and scalable solutions

  for each client.
• Act as a strategic contributor to revenue growth and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 years of total experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in selling

  field tracking applications

  or workforce automation SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of field service management, GPS tracking, reporting dashboards, and SaaS delivery models.
• Experience selling into

  international markets

  , especially the US and Europe.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and drive numbers while maintaining quality relationships.
• A self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach to business development.
