The ideal candidate should have prior experience in client communication, taking client calls, and leading a team to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads , and other ad platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to enhance campaign performance. Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing pages for high conversions. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI . Manage budgets effectively , ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability. Implement A/B testing strategies for creatives, bidding, and landing pages. Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising. Provide regular client reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Communicate with clients directly via calls and meetings, ensuring smooth delivery of services. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of PPC executives towards achieving campaign goals. Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams to align PPC campaigns with business objectives. Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads & Facebook Ads. Prior experience in handling client calls and communication is mandatory. Strong understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies . Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager . Experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and analytics interpretation . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills .
